Terms of Service
Effective July 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of Agency Brain, operated by Geletka+ (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Accounts and organizations
Agency Brain accounts belong to an organization. Administrators control membership, roles, integrations, and billing for their organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
Your data
Your organization owns the content it puts into Agency Brain. We claim no rights to it beyond what is needed to operate the service, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party integrations you connect (such as Google Drive or Slack) are governed by those providers' terms as well.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content or activity.
- No attempts to breach, probe, or disrupt the service or access another organization's data.
- No reselling or white-labeling without written agreement.
AI features
AI-generated suggestions and summaries are assistive and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features; material removals affecting paid functionality will be communicated in advance where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination you may request export of your organization's data for 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
