Privacy Policy

Agency Brain (“we”, “us”) is an operational intelligence platform for agencies, operated by Geletka+. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to theagencybrain.com and the Agency Brain application.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and profile details, provided directly or through Google sign-in.
- Workspace content — the clients, projects, deliverables, tasks, commitments, documents, and messages your organization adds to Agency Brain.
- Billing information — handled by Stripe; we store subscription status, not card numbers.
- Usage data — log and diagnostic data used to operate and secure the service.
Google user data
If an administrator connects Google Drive, Agency Brain accesses Drive on your organization's behalf, limited to the following:
- Listing folders so an administrator can assign a folder to each client (including automatic matching by folder name).
- Reading file names, types, links, and modification dates inside assigned folders to show a client's recent documents.
- Creating an “Agency Brain” subfolder inside assigned folders and uploading files that administrators explicitly choose to upload.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your permission for support, for security purposes, or where required by law. Disconnecting Google Drive in Settings deletes our stored credentials for your organization; you can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Agency Brain's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To power features you use, including AI-assisted features that process your workspace content to generate suggestions and summaries.
- To send transactional email such as assignment notifications and digests, which you can control in Settings.
- To protect the service and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of subprocessors to run Agency Brain: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Google (sign-in and Drive integration), Anthropic (AI features), Mailgun (email), and Slack (optional integration). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Data retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while your organization's account is active. You may request export or deletion of your organization's data at any time by contacting us; we delete or anonymize it within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, tenant data is isolated per organization, and integration credentials are stored server-side only.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in the application.
